Learn about the section of Chelsea Neighborhood from the monument in O’Donnell Park (Albany Ave) north, to the border of Ducktown Neighborhood (Texas Ave). This diverse, residential neighborhood of Atlantic City features historic architecture, parks, public art, small businesses, multiple faith communities, and some of AC’s most infamous locally-owned restaurants.  This tour is the complement to the “Lower Chelsea Tour” featured previously in the series.
