Our Interns

Cheressa Cargill
I am a senior at Stockton University obtaining my BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Sustainability. I am currently participating in an internship as a Block Captain for Ducktown at the Noyes Museum in my hometown of Atlantic City. I chose this internship because I am enthusiastic about engaging in community bonds and development. I am also a beginner Urban Farmer and participate in the Communities Revolutionizing Open Public Spaces (C.R.O.P.S) Urban Coastal Agricultural Network (UCAN) program with my fiancé Stephen Biebel. As an avid animal lover, I am also very passionate about Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) of local stray cats. In my free time I enjoy going for walks with my son, Beorn, doing amateur painting, and playing board games.
Lalli Roman
My name is Citlalli Roman, but I go by Lalli. I am currently a student at Stockton University, participating in the Live Work Learn program this summer, where I have the privilege of interning at Ducktown CDC. I am passionate about contributing to my community and creating a better environment for everyone. As an education major with a concentration in early childhood and a minor in disability and childhood studies, I am dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of young learners. In my free time, I enjoy watching anime, kdramas, and Marvel movies, as well as taking nature walks with my dog.
